Frequently asked questions
What radio does the Nissan Navara D40 have?
The D40 Navara (2005–2015) is typically fitted with a Daewoo radio. After three wrong code attempts the screen shows your serial (DW or DS prefix), Part Number and Date.
Do I need to remove the radio on a D22 Navara?
Yes, the D22 usually has a Clarion radio. You need radio release keys to slide the unit out and read the serial from the back label.
Will the code work on both petrol and diesel Navara models?
Yes. The radio code is tied to the radio unit itself, not the engine type.
